You have the right to return any defective product to us, provided you inform us of your intention to return the item (along with the reason for the return) within seven (7) days of
the purchase date. The return is at your own expense.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging with intact seals.
Opened items that are older than 7 days will not be eligible for any credit or refund. In the case of opened or unsealed returns of functional products within 7 days, a handling fee will
be applied at the manager's discretion, regardless of whether the product has been used. The handling fee may be up to 25%, depending on the product's condition or damage to the
packaging/seals.
For unwanted returns of special ordered products (non-store stock) that are in working order, handling fees will be applicable if the error or issue was not caused by Adcomp Solutions. These handling fees will be charged even if the item is still sealed. We recommend
thoroughly reviewing product specifications and ensuring they meet your specific requirements before making a purchase. Feel free to read reviews and seek advice before finalizing your purchase decision.
Products returned in damaged condition, older than 7 days, or with missing components, boxes, or accessories (such as manuals, warranty cards, or other included materials) will not be eligible for any credit.
Adcomp Solutions cannot be held responsible for incompatibilities between purchased items and your existing hardware or software if we were not informed of such potential issues in writing, in advance. This is particularly relevant when dealing with notebook/motherboard
RAM upgrades. It's essential to check and verify that the RAM modules are compatible with your device's memory. Handling fees will be applied to opened incompatible RAM module returns.
Software and consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This policy is in compliance with international licensing conventions governing these types of products. Consumables may malfunction if not properly cared for.
Refunds will not be issued for opened products that are still in working order, regardless of the circumstances. We strongly advise inspecting the product for damage before accepting and signing for it. Additionally, please thoroughly review the product specifications to ensure they meet your specific requirements prior to making a purchase.
During component assembly or installation, exercise caution to avoid any physical damage, such as broken clips or bent pins, as such damage is not covered by the product warranty. Many components are sensitive to static damage, so handle them with care, ground yourself before handling, and avoid direct contact with exposed electronics or the contact points of expansion cards. Refrain from using a vacuum cleaner to clean your PC or components.
Motherboard socket damage or bent pins will void the warranty without exceptions. Even if the motherboard arrived in a non-functional state and the socket is damaged afterward, the
warranty will still be void. When returning a bare motherboard, remember to install the provided plastic CPU socket protector and place the motherboard inside an anti-static bag. If you are not comfortable with or equipped for PC assembly work, we recommend allowing our technical staff to assemble or install the CPU or other components for you. Labor fees may apply.
