Please read through our warranty policy.

  1. All products are covered by local warranties, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years from the date of invoice. We recommend verifying the warranty period and its validity with an Adcomp Solutions representative before initiating a return to the store. Please note that
warranties may not always match the information on the product's international website. It's essential to confirm warranty details with a representative before sending back a defective product to Adcomp Solutions.
  2. The product warranty does not cover any form of physical damage. Physical damage or user damage is defined as any part or component that has been subjected to physical abuse, breakage, scratching, bending, dropping, twisting, or cracking.
  3. Accidental damage, including water or liquid damage, is considered a form of physical damage. Using a component for a purpose other than its intended design can also be deemed as physically damaging it. One common example of physical damage that voids the
warranty is damage to cables on headsets or mice. We kindly ask you to exercise caution and prevent any damage when handling items during unpacking.
  4. Please be aware that liquid cooling components and devices are installed at your own risk. Local warranties do not cover damage resulting from water or liquid damage. In most cases, removing heat sinks or coolers from graphics cards or chipsets will void your warranty. Take care not to kink or bend water pipes beyond their designed limits, and avoid damaging radiators by over-tightening mounting screws. Regularly inspect your setup for leaks and
maintain a dust-free environment to prevent short circuits in case of a leak.
  5. Lightning or other electrical surge damage is not covered by the product warranty. Blown or burnt capacitors/ICs are clear indicators of surge damage, although sometimes this type of damage may not be immediately obvious. Connecting your devices to incorrect power plugs or using improper voltage supplies can likely cause electrical damage and void the warranty. Adcomp Solutions cannot be held responsible if any component of a lightning, surge, or water-damaged PC, which appeared to work fine during testing, fails at a later date.
  6. Wear and tear refer to the natural and inevitable deterioration that occurs due to the normal use of certain types of items, such as keyboards, mice, headsets, and controllers. The product warranty does not cover wear and tear. Examples of wear and tear include worn
keyboard keys, mouse feet, controller buttons/sticks, squeaking joints, or slight cracks on a headset's headband.
  7. Any improper application, operation, or modification to a product will result in voiding the warranty.
  8. Removing, damaging, or tampering with warranty/serial number stickers, labels, screws, or any other type of seal will automatically void the warranty. Please refrain from removing any stickers, seals, or screws from your components or notebook.
  9. We strongly discourage tampering with, disassembling, or attempting to repair a faulty product yourself, as this action is likely to void the warranty.
